Today is election day. Did you vote? On what issues did you base your vote? Please comment.

Then, gain inspiration from those issues and write. And, pray for our country.

  1. I want to encourage you to find a way to write about those election issues that are important to you.

    • It’s certainly good for thought. Continuing prayers for those shot in California yesterday…not hearing much after the shock of how the election turned out. Very concerning times we live in.

  2. Voted early last week because lines are long on Election Day and I have to be at work by 7 am.
I voted by prayerful consideration of the issues; my opinion clashes with several of my online social media friends so most of the time I keep quiet. They are emphatic that nothing anyone else says or posts will sway their position and they are weary of seeing political posts. Well, I am weary too. But I am taking it to the Lord in prayer–because their diatribes are not going to change my mind either.
Our pastor put out an urgent call today for those who are physically able to fast and pray. Have already been praying–not a good idea for me to fast while working, but I can definitely pray!
